I found this cafe on Air BNB, odd right? Well they had, have? an experience section and 787 Coffee was offering a coffee tasting / learning experience. We got to try various coffees of various brewing methods. They also provided a wonderful breakdown of the coffee farm they source from in Puerto Rico. This is the first time I genuinely had too much caffeine and my brain was not very happy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

One of the most beautiful locations of a cafe I've ever been. The cafe is located on the south part of the island, overlooking the Irish sea, through a panoramic window wall. They also serve food and pastries, couldn't say no to scones with cream and jam!

A newer Las Vegas cafe, it has some bomb ass coffee and the decor is very Instagram worthy. They have bulgogi dishes, not something I've seen very much!

Two words: Ube Latte. All the purple was in this cafe. They have many ube beverages and desserts and they're so beautiful. Including a wonderful ube flan and ube bread pudding! The interior is very Star Wars classy, and lost of space to hang out solo or with a few pals. And, if you're lucky enough to have a Subaru BRZ or Toyota 86, there's meet ups every so often.
